G. Anbalagan is an Indian politician and incumbent member of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly from the Kumbakonam constituency. He represents the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam party. As an extensive dream of our chairperson Mr.G.ANBALAGAN is to provide a Multi Specialty Medical service with humanity in kumbakonam. In progress to our Chairman Dream we were into medical service since last 21 years, we started our services as KUMBAKONAM X-RAYS in the year 1988.We continued our service journey in addition as ANBU MEDICALS in the year 1995. Our Hospital is located in heart of the town. Creating a world class integrated health care service in kumbakonam, Anbu hospital is equipped with 100 beds, which includes 4 Operation Theaters with world class highly equipped instruments.

About Our Town

Kumbakonam, also spelt as Coombaconum in the records of British India, is a town and a special grade municipality in the Thanjavur district in the southeast Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It is located 40 km (25 mi) from Thanjavur and 273 km (170 mi) from Chennai and is the headquarters of the Kumbakonam taluk of Thanjavur district. The town is bounded by two rivers, the Kaveri River to the north and Arasalar River to the south.
